    I believe binging is going to happen at some point... I personally think I would set myself up for failure if I promised myself that I wouldn't ever do it in 2013. However, my diet plan includes eating like a pig on the weekend so I already binged I suppose. But to all those who can truly do it, more power to you and I'm rooting for you!
