    well, now im 189, i originally posted this on new years even i think... so, not 199 anymore, however, im really tall, and my frame itself is somewhat larger than alot of women (i wear a size 12 shoe), so, i think i appear smaller than my actual weight at times... thats my only explanation for it... lol

    i started at 246 pounds. i work out in the morning after taking all my kids to school...
