    1/16...am=10minute yoga....3 sets 10 leg lifts squats and shoulder exercises..pm=1 mile walking dvd
    1/17..am=10 min yoga, 50 squats....shoulder exercises, PM=1 mile dvd walk
    1/18..1 mile dvd walk
    1/19....1 mile dvd walk......lots of stretching and me stretching other people
    1/20...1 mile dvd walk....more more stetching

    1/3 -- Wii Walk It Out -- 54 min (broken up into 2 walks)
    1/4 -- Wii Walk It Out -- 90 minutes (split into 2 walks)
    1/5 -- lazy day---no excuse
    1/6 -- outdoor hike --- 35 min
    1/7 -- mall walking -- 67 min
    1/8 -- no time for exercise (wayyy to busy today)
    1/9 -- mall walking -- 30 min
    1/10 -- crazy busy -- no exercise today :-(
    1/11 -- nothing (slacker here...tomorrow I will get 'er done)

    1/13 -- Wii Just Dance 3 --- (55 min)
    1/14 and 1/15 -- nothing. family health issue so no time.
    1/16-1/19 -- Life has been so hectic. Family health issue AND have been working overtime at work.

    1/1: walked 70 mins
    1/2: elliptical intervals. weights: 5x10 deadlifts 40 lbs; 5x10 squats/plies 40 lbs; 4x8 diagonal/ski squats 20 lbs; 5x10+6 overhead press 24 lbs; 3x8+2 pushups; plank.
    1/3: circuit/cardio dvd
    1/4: elliptical intervals. weights: 5x8 deadlifts 40 lbs, 5x6 squats 40 lbs, 5x6 overhead press 40 lbs, 5x5 one-armed rows 15 lbs, pushups, plank.
    1/5: 15-hour road trip and staying with friends, I wasn't able to get extra exercise in.
    1/6: elliptical
    1/7-1/10: walked to and from work and on lunch (60 minutes).
    1/11: weights (started stronglifts 5x5 program): squat 10x5 30 lbs, bench 5x5 30lbs, pendlay row 5x5 30 lbs. Walked 60 mins.
    1/12: ran 3.2 miles. Weights: squat 5x5 30lbs, overhead press 5x5 30lbs, deadlift 5x5 30lbs.
    1/13: ran 20 minutes. Weights: squat, bench and pendlay row, all 5x5 at 40 lbs.
    1/14: walked 52 mins.
    1/15: walked 50 mins. Weights: squats, overhead press and deadlifts, all 5x5 at 40 lbs.
    1/16: walked to&from work, took cardio barre class in studio
    1/17: walked to&from work & on lunch. Weights: squats, bench, rows, all 5x5 at 45 lbs.
    1/18: walk to and from work.
    1/19. Walked 3.2 miles with a friend, then ran 3.2 miles at 5.6mph.
    1/20: ran 1.2 miles. Weights: squats, overhead press, deadlifts all 5x5 at 45 pounds.
