  • Room for one more? Due to an injury to my neck that finally demanded I slow down and give it notice, my workout routines have been hit or miss the past 8 months. Unfortunately I have 12 extra pounds to show for it. If I can't do things 100 mph, I get frustrated and lose motivation. BUT I have my motivation back and learning to do what I can and be happy to have that!

This week I recently started my own "get back in it" program - "30 in 30". Working out a MINIMUM of 30 minutes for 30 straight days. I figure once I get back at the daily 30 routine, tacking more time on will just come naturally and before you know it I will get back to my starting weight.

    1/8 - Walk - 30 & Yoga - 40 min
    1/9 - Walk - 30 min
    1/10 - Walk - 30 min
    1/11 - Jillian Michael's Killer Abs - 30 min

TODAY IS MY REST DAY! Yay! Lol

My muscles are extremely sore from my workout the past week so I use today to relax and do yoga. Also; I spend today planning out the new week in meals and workouts.
