    January 3 Thursday 36 minutes treadmill, 18 minutes circuit machines, 25 minutes recumbent bike
    January 4 Friday 61 minutes walking dogs
    January 5 Saturday 19 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes circuit machines, 26 minutes recumbent bike

    1/3 -- Wii Walk It Out -- 54 min (broken up into 2 walks)

    1/5 -- lazy day---no excuse :yawn:

    January 2---137 minutes walking Brandy and Sasha---270 minutes line dancing
    January 3----145 minutes walking dogs---120 minutes line dancing---30 minutes walking with hubby---49 minutes weight training
    January 4---146 minutes walking dogs----235 minutes teaching line dance classes
    January 5---130 minutes walking dogs---30 minutes walking by myself

  • Count me in too!!!!!! Exercise Today - 76 minutes on treadmill @ 3.5 mph and 15% incline.

    Jan. 1: 6.04 km run (43 min)
    Jan. 2: P90X yoga (90 min)
    Jan. 3: 6.3 km run (47 min)
    Jan. 4: 2.46 km run (18 min) + Insanity fit test
    Jan. 5: Insanity plyometric cardio circuit + hatha yoga (1 hr)
  • Count me in, here is my data since Jan 2
    4 workouts for 3.5 hours and burned 1500 calories.

    Jan 1 - dog walk 40 minutes, 100 squats, 100 crunches
    Jan 2 - travel day - nothing
    Jan 3 - run 75 minutes including 100 crunches & 30 push ups
    Jan 4 - swim 40 minutes
    Jan 5 - walk on the beach 45 minutes, 100 crunches, 100 squats

    1/1 - 30 min brisk walk - it was a lot colder than it looked this morning :-) Happy New Year and here's to a more active 2013 :-)
    2/1 - 47 min brisk walk - today was first day back at work - depressing - walk did make me feel better though :-)
    3/1 - rest day
    4/1 - 23 min brisk walk
    5/1 - 88 min brisk walk

    You are all doing so very well. I have been on vacation for a few days, but will be home soon to resume our regularly scheduled program. I am happy to see that several new guys and gals have joined us. Go TEAM!!

    1/2: elliptical intervals. weightlifting: 5x10 deadlifts 40 lbs; 5x10 squats/plies 40 lbs; 4x8 diagonal/ski squats 20 lbs; 5x10+6 to failure overhead press w/24 lbs; 3x8+2 pushups; plank.
    1/3: circuit/cardio dvd
    1/4: elliptical intervals. weights: 5x8 deadlifts 40 lbs, 5x6 squats 40 lbs, 5x6 overhead press 40 lbs, 5x5 one-armed rows 15 lbs, pushups, plank.
    1/5: 15-hour road trip and staying with friends, I wasn't able to get extra exercise in.
    1/6: elliptical
