I am in. I have the eating down to at most times way below 1200 just trying to reach 1200 is hard unless I eat out. I don't allow high calorie foods in the house. I have a treadmill an abcoaster, zumba for wii and Richard Simons complete series among other exercise equipment. I stay at home five days a week as I do not drive in Houston. But I also have a hard time motivating myself to exercise in the past I had great success whenever I had a partner. Anyone wishing to join me and motivate please add me as a pal.
