Gabriel Brothers and Wal-Mart are super cheap but still good. Old Navy, Target and Marshall's are a little more expensive but still reasonable.

Target but I usually wear a "free " tee-shirt from a bar/college sponsored event OR an undershirt from Hanes... fashionable and cheap :)

I've found good stuff at Nordstrom rack. I've also gotten good deals on websites when they have end of season sales.

TJ Maxx, Ross, and Marshalls have a good selection and not expensive at all. I also like the Danskin stuff at Walmart.

Have you tried WalMart's Faded Glory line of exercise clothing? Very underrated IMO

(Sorry, not really sure where to post this)

But yeah...cute cheap workout clothes? Where are some places you get yours without totally breaking the bank. I'm a broke college student but still wanna look decent.

I'm sorry...but what do you mean by cute? And why does it being cute matter? Why not get some okay plain black workout pants and a cheap plain shirt?

I check the clearance racks every time I go to Tarjay and Meijer. They both have some good brands.

<----only possible to do this whilst wearing under armour, no cheap workout clothes are going to help you reach your goals.

Another vote for target. Also, I've gotten some really good deals on new and nearly-new name brand stuff on ebay. People buy up good deals at outlets and TJMAxx type stores and then sell them on ebay and even with their profit, sometimes you get great deals.
