    OMG I HAD QUICHE TOO! I saw it in the supermarket yesterday....a crustless quiche....200 cals for a quarter. I was like, " Yoink!" But I paired mine with an apple this morning. Have to say...the quiche went down a lot easier than the apple ;)

    I had two eggs, two pieces of microwave turkey bacon, V-8 juice, Dannon Light and Fit 2X protein yogurt for a total of 268 calories and very filling. I usually use egg substitute and add one regular egg to it but was out of it so just went with the regular eggs today!

    two egg omelet with a 1/2 oz of cheddar cheese topped with Frontera tomatillo salsa (yum) and 1/4 avacado
    1/2 cup of sliced up oranges mixed with bluberries. The fruit was left over from dinner last night so the whole thing only took 10 minutes to make.
