    That was beyond the pale. I would go one further, PLEASE report this problem to www.thesqueakywheel.com. It goes on a google search page when the company name is entered in a query, the company is sent an email as well. It will affect their business. This is a good way to get them to pay attention to you. In my case, I have used them 2x over the years and had successful resolution to my problems. Who knows, they may offer you a free membership!
