1 scoop of Muscle Milk chocolate protein powder with 1 heaping teaspoon of Dymatize Micronized Creatine in 6oz of ice cold water.

10oz of Donut Shop coffee (k-cup) with 2 teaspoon of turbinado sugar and 4 tablespoons of S'mores coffee creamer (regular coffee creamer is my guilty pleasure everyday).

Vanilla protein powder blended with skim milk, half a banana, a cup of strawberries, and 5 oz of plain greek yogurt.
It made a double serving of a VERY delicious smoothie for 450 calories and had 50g of protein. You could make a single serving if you wanted fewer calories.

Bam! Great topic. Lover of food...
I had chocolate banana cream cheese pancakes and peanut butter banana pancakes made with natural whole wheat pancake mix, natural peanut butter, cinnamon, liquid sucralose, egg white, banana... and just original cream cheese. With a sausage, ham, egg, onion and cheese omelot. Whoo hoo! Lol.

I usually have eggs, but was feeling lazy today.

1 container of 0% plain greek yogurt with a packet o No-Sugar-Added Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentails mixed in. I put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes before eating it.

It tastes just like frozen yogurt, and for 150 calories and 20 grams of protein, it's really filling!
