    S'mores protein pancake. :)

    Wheat bran, 4 egg whites and a bit of baking powder make up the basic pancake recipe. Today I added a bit of Truvia, some cocoa powder, a few mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Stir up and cook like any old pancake on the griddle.

    It was warm ooey gooey s'mores deliciousness...

    I went to the gym this morning before work so I had a slice of trader joe's 100% whole grain bread with peanut butter and banana. 210 calories. I always have that before and/or after a workout.

    1/4 cup of blueberries, 1 cup chopped pineapple, 1/2 cup ricemilk, 2tabl flax, 1 scoop Jarrow protein powder, and 1 cup of water in a blender to make a delicious smoothie!

    I made a smoothie that my boyfriend and I split.

    greek plain yogurt
    banana
    frozen strawberries, cranberries, raspberries and blackberries
    spinach, dandelion greens, parsley (as long as you don't put too much, you cant taste these)
    scoop of powdered green drink (amazing grass)
    ground flaxseed
    brewed green tea for thinning

    This equalled 220 calories each and it was tasty and filling! we pretty much have this everyday with variation of berries and greens.
