    wow way to go i have been that heavy but it seems when i get a certain weight i stop my self was down to 224 now back to 230 not very happy with myself i hope to get back down to where i want to be

    Wow, amazing! I will be celebrating breaking the 200 mark, as well--my heaviest was 217 in December of 2011. Last July I was down to about 202 but then I got a new job, put on some more pounds, and stepped away from MFP for a while. Now I'm back at MFP, and I'm at 205, so I'm hoping by this time next month I'll be celebrating getting back into the 100s, too!
