    A turkey & cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread w/ light miracle whip, romaine lettuce & tomato slices, a salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, baby carrots & cucumber with wishbone balsamic dressing), a clementine & a serving of cooler ranch doritos (because I had to have them lol). All for 500 calories.

    A chicken salad lettuce wrap and carrots.

    It's hard to eat healthy when everyone in the cafeteria is eating food that smells AMAZING.

    I had my most common lunch today, which I started eating while on Weight Watchers to get in more veggies:

    3 mini quiches (365 Whole Foods brand; these are appetizer sized and vegetarian - one mushroom, one spinach, one cheese)
    1 Lucerne light mozzarella string cheese
    half a cucumber sliced
    4 carrot sticks
    4 celery sticks
    6 red pepper sticks
    21g of Marie's Light Creamy Ranch to dip the veggies into

    I am never hungry in the afternoon after eating this lunch. I vary the cut veggies a bit from day to day, and sometimes instead of the mini quiches I'll have a mini slider whole grain bun with a Laughing Cow wedge. I think this works for me because the veggies fill me up while the other things give me a little fat and protein and are more interesting taste-and-texture wise.
