Will be 38 in April, I just joined MFP, Most people have always said I look very young, though I have started feeling older as of late, which is probably part of the reason I joined up. Feel free to add me, I am new to the site so not sure how it all works.0

Nobody ever believes I'm 40 but I am! Soon to be 41. I want to be as young on the inside as I appear on the outside. Fit for life! Y'all feel free to add me0

I turned 40 just coming up for 2 weeks ago.....my party involved pass the parcel and pin the lightsabre on the Jedi.....I think we can safely confirm that I have yet to grow up!0

Hmm.. I think 36 isn't technically "late" 30s, but I'd be happy to add you as a friend, if you'd like. :O) I've been using MFP since March of last year, and have had my share of struggles (not staying with it, but with the actual losing portion of all of this - body just doesn't cooperate).
You can do this... it may take a bit longer than a 19 year old, but it can be done. :O)
You've lost 60lbs, according to your tracker - I'd say that's a wild success! Don't let not having reached your goal yet blind you to how far you've come.
38, here. Been off and on the weight loss wagon since 32. Here's hoping it sticks this time. Feel free to add me. :happy:0 -

Yes, I am in my 40's and feel as good as I did when I was in my 20's. I get happily mistaken for being in my 30's. I am more active now than then and am married to a man 7 years younger than me. Feel free to add me.0
