    You can't compare them. Different years (60s for The Beatles, 70s for Zeppelin) and very different styles. Both

    Beatles are overrated, usually by people who smoked a little too much during that era, or people who want to prove how 'with it' they supposedly are by judging music on x, y, or z scale rather than actual enjoyability. Ditto the Rolling Stones. Overrated.

    Led Zeppelin had a few good songs, but I fall asleep if I try to listen to a whole CD by them.

    I need my rock to have a little more energy.

    However they did inspire many to become musicians, form bands, and help the evolution of music, much as we see today. For that they should receive credit. Maybe you should give up smoking :wink:

    I don't smoke. Never have. Perhaps that is one reason why I find them so boring?
