    theres a version of this i really like. any kind of vanilla whey protein(i like mhp probolic) only instead of water, i use apple juice and use fat free cheesecake jello mix, then to go a little further i add a spoon of peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon. it's apple pie peanut butter and cheesecake flavor all in one, pretty bada$$

    I use original almond milk. Only adds 40 - 60 cals and makes it much better than just water.

    How do you save it? I'm new"ish here and there are lots of posts that I would love to save and come back to but not sure how to do that. Do you know?

    You basically just did. Now when you go to "My Topics" it'll be there.

    To the person who asked about too much protein, as long as you're still within your calories, and you don't have a medical reason to watch your protein, you would be fine if your protein is higher than what mfp gives you.

    Sounds great, have to try it as it gets boring always drinking the vanilla flavor. One other thing you can add w/ o too many calories is sub unsweetened vanilla almond milk for the water, only 30 cal more. It makes the protein shake taste creamy!
