    I'm only limited to three?

I like anything green. Salads, celery, spanish olives, spinach, the list goes on and on...except for butter beans. Hate the nasty things.
I like dehydrated fruit, except for bananas.
I just recently picked up a taste for guacamole.

    Potato sausage

That's about the only out of the ordinary food I eat, I think! I'm boring. But that sausage is delicious!!!

    Frog Legs
    Alligator
    Flathead Catfish (my fave)

I'm a southern girl at heart, LOL... even though I have been stuck in IL my whole life!

I eat all these too. There's a restaurant near my mom called Catfish Country that serves these three foods. Channel cat and farmed cat.

For some reason I do not like regular Catfish... only the Flathead, its a meatier and not as flaky (I think thats why I dont like any other fish, is because of the flaky texture). I have just been introduced to Alligator this year and OH MY YUM. I am just so glad my husband likes to fish and frog gig.

Wow there are some CRAZY ones here!!!! I feel like my diet is so dull now.

Alligator, wowzers! I've tried frogs legs and they kinda taste like greasy brown meat on a chicken. I dunno what catfish is, you can;t get that over here in the UK. I did see it on Diner Drive Ins and Dives ones and it looked pretty awesome. Heck, anything fried is awesome! lol

    1. Avocados - tons of health benefits (even in the bedroom!) a long with being high in healthy fats/fiber!

    2. Sweet Potatoes – loaded with carotenoids, vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. A great source of carbs!

    3. Blueberries – a low-calorie source of fiber, antioxidants and phytonutrients. Research has shown they help with short-term memory and reduce cell damage that comes with aging

Those three are staples in my house!

    Mine would probably be

    1. pine nuts - i love them on salad
    2. dried apricots or prunes- for the antioxidants, fiber and potassium
    3. grapefruit- i know a lot of people don't like grapefruit, but i love it.
