Dunno if I'd say 'most' people don't eat these, but they are often snubbed -

I LOVE Tofu, Beets and Brussel Sprouts... I think raw oats and undercooked, slightly crispy pasta are jummy too. lol

    1. Raw cauliflower, broccoli, green beans - kindda really dislike them cooked or steamed unless is only partially cooked - must be crunchy!!!
    2. raw radishes - sprinkle a little salt and voila a tasty and crunchy snack
    3. chocolate spread sandwiches - like nutella but minus the hazelnut (though I do live me some nutella) definition per Wikipedia "Although it tastes, smells, and looks like chocolate it does not solidify. The paste usually contains cocoa and oil, and is also likely to contain milk and additional taste and smell components" Yeah that the good stuff lol

I'm a very big fan of wallies myself.

    Otherwise, my faves are:

    Tripe
Old-skool east end of London pie & mash
Jellied eels and indeed eels in any other style (but I'm not eating them at the moment for conservation reasons)
