    1. Edemame (I can't get enough)

    2. Goat Cheese - I'd put it on everything

    3. Any kind of Ethiopian food..it's my fave. (trust me..I had all the jokes about "they have food?" "dirty water and a twig" - but seriously...you should try it)

    I love, love, love Ethiopian food. Wish we had a restaurant near here.

    1.another brussel sprouts convert, if you think you don't like them, try it roasted with evoo and your fav. seasonings.

    2. either honey mustard or chipotle mustard on my salads as dressing, on sandwhiches, brussel sprouts...
    adds flavor to so many things....

    3. smoke flavored sardines right out of the can, once in a while on a sandwich, with more chipotle mustard lol.

    bonus- split peas. They make a awesome dip or super easy veggie burgers, not just soup.

    1. Roasted Seaweed (it sounds weird but tastes so good)
    3. Flax Seeds (I can just sit and eat them. I like popping them between my teeth (
    3. Freeze Dried Fruits and Veggies (Edamame, Apples and Pineapples are my favs, but I'll eat pretty much any of them)

    I've found I love so many foods that I never would have even tried before calorie counting. I love crunchy things and l never realized how many options there were. I love reading everyone else's answers. Great post!

    Mixed seeds - pumpkin, sunflower, flax, hemp etc.
    Goat - I'm Indian and we use it in curry, most westerners I know won't even try it.
    Very hot chilli - Some people like it, some people don't. I put chilli in most of my food.

    Frog Legs
    Alligator
    Flathead Catfish (my fave)
    <snip>
    <more snip>
    For some reason I do not like regular Catfish... only the Flathead, its a meatier and not as flaky (I think thats why I dont like any other fish, is because of the flaky texture). I have just been introduced to Alligator this year and OH MY YUM. I am just so glad my husband likes to fish and frog gig.

    I'll bet you would like Atlantic Bluefish, but I'm not sure one can get them. Thre may be a mercury warning now.

    Foods:

    brussels sprouts
    gefilte fish (pref processed in a jar)
    sardines

    Do beverages count?

    - Almond milk (I don't even bother with regular milk anymore)
    - Eggplant
    - Mussels

    I judge all restaurants on the quality of their eggplant parmesan and mussels lol.

    Rambuttan
    Ginger candy

    I just discovered rambuttan. It is a new favorite! I've introduced a lot of people to ginger candy and everyone loves it! Candied ginger (which is different than ginger candy) is great too. Your answers were good ones.
