10 lbs. My weight is in my face, so once it slimmed down, people noticed :)

My friend didn't notice when I lost 10 but just saw a pic of me on NYE and asked... so I am about 15 down now, I'm also 5'4

However, people I don't see all too often haven't noticed

It took until I was at almost 30lbs lost. I was 217lbs starting out and the first 7lbs took three months. Then the next 23lbs happened in just over two months. I had not really took things serious at first.

I'm 5'4''. Maybe around 20 lbs for people I don't see often. Once you continue to lose, you'll hear it from people you see more often. I'd say around the 35 lb. mark. :)

The first time someone commented on it was about 30 pounds lost. When everyone started noticing, it was about 45 pounds lost.

It's kind of funny though, because I've gained some of the weight back, but no one has really noticed. Not that I would expect people to comment on something of that nature, but sometimes I still get asked if I'm losing. I'm 5'9" and I was originally at 200 lbs. Now, I'm at about 168.

I lost 30 lbs in over 8 months (ending in Sept). Not a word during the whole time. BUT when I gained back 4lbs since, it must've triggered some sort of alarm, because now somebody asks me at least once a week "Did you lose weight?" and the truth is yes, but it was a while ago, and I've gained some back.

This might sound absurd, but 5lbs- the first place I gain/lose weight is in my face. Although, before I got pregnant with my firstborn, I had been rockin' the gym pretty hard, and i had only lost about 12lbs, but had toned up quite a bit (particularly my backside) and did get some compliments from an ex I had run into at the bar.

It's not absurd at all. I was ONLY 3 DAYS into Weight Watchers, when somebody said I looked as if I'd lost weight.

    I hadn't even had my first weigh-in!

I had a four lb loss that first week, but still. I was shocked.

The funny thing is thats despite my clothes literally hanging off my @ss ( practically gotta belt my sweats XD), not even my family really noticed I dropped 50lbs on them. i feel gotta scream it from the roof tops just to get people to notice ^_^
