    Yes, yes, yes. Especially if it's any baking mix or if I mix something I have cooked together in a bowl and pop it in the oven for baking (lasagna, stuffed mushrooms/eggplant, etc.), I ALWAYS lick the spatula. I have a bad habit of licking the spoon to taste things too while I'm cooking... but i like to refer to that as "cooking with love" ;)

    i lick the inner foil lids on Yoplait yogurt all the time. that's about the extent of lid licking for me though.

    I have never licked my plate or bowl clean, not even as a child did I do this. My mom was lucky to get me to eat, I use to spread my food across then plate to make it look like I ate but I never licked it.

    Some friends and I ordered Taco Bell while very under the influence---I cannot stress that enough. I remember digging wrist deep in the platter of nachos (Nacho bell Grande or whichever one is the largest that they have). In about two minutes, my plate was picked clean with the exception of sour cream and cheesy spots---which I thoroughly licked clean.

    I woke up that following morning with both cheese and sour cream in my hair, on the sides of my mouth, and even on my nose...Worth it.
