lol, that's a joke right? Maybe she's been in the gym working out. Women are just like men; they have these things called muscles and muscles can be made larger through good old effort and proper diet. Add to that she's not lean, and these muscles can appear larger.
and this^^ is what i dont understand.... i am 18 to 19% bodyfat..... so im not lean cuz my muscle appears bigger?????:noway:
Yours appear bigger because they are :):flowerforyou:

CLEARLY Girls should stay away from weights! Lady gaga is ok, well because you know. But here is another example of a girl lifting, she is in danger of getting bulky britney arms, now eventhe pink barbells are no safe bet!

You really think that only freak super muscular women and bodybuilders use steroids? LOL

In Brazil there are a lot of girls than use steroids and are extremely feminine and hot.

Hmm, a lot of things happen in Brazil that aren't the norm in America, this being one. I don't know of any women who aren't bodybuilders and use steroids for aesthetic reasons...

Umm it's not "that" hard to achieve that level of muscle (Which I dont think is too much) if that's what you're aiming for (you put the time and effort into your diet and exercise) Also, considering that her body fat isn't that low, that in itself would make her look slightly bigger.

I mean, my back's fairly muscular.. I'd say more so when in that position than the one of Britney from behind. My biceps are also more prominent when pressed against my body, or holding stuff. I don't take steroids.

Britney Spears' muscular build is mostly a result of two factors. 1) She's a former gymnast and 2) genetics. And also all that dancing and the weight training she does certainly helps in mainting that muscular body of hers. One thing I can tell you is that she's definitely not using steroids. Believe me, if she was, you'd know. She just has a naturally muscular build, all thanks to good genes and exercise.

She was a gymnasta for so little time... I don't think this factor would reflect on her body after so long. She was lean and not muscular in her 18 - 20 yr.

Do you think she works really hard? With heavy weights?

True, but not to the extent that it looks unnatural.

My back/arms/shoulders, taken the past Sept/Oct:

    Photo0707_zpsd809506c.jpg

Natural. I just had been working for a while towards building muscle. Plus I had a pump and was in the right position.

Front view, arms/shoulders with a pump and in the right position/flexed.

I don't think you realise that when performing/dancing, having your arms in the air in that position (as you showed a picture+video of) you may not be fully flexed, but it still flexes your back muscles/shows them off more than with your arms down by your side.

I personally don't like the look of muscular women, but that's just me. I wouldn't want to look like that but there are women who will look at her and be so jealous and aspire to look like her and that's completely fine, whatever floats your boat.

Britney has always been the subject of criticizing for her body type, 'man shoulder's, being fat, being too thin the list goes on.

She's got a muscular build guys and girls, if she lifts weights then she will look muscular, if I lifted weights I wouldn't, I can't gain muscle like she can. There's nothing wrong with her, that's just how she is.

She looks pleased and proud of her achievement, so how about people stop *****ing about hers and start working on your own.

Steroids, I doubt it. But I bet she's on HGH. Like a huge percentage of people whose livelihoods are dependent on their looks.

Yep, but I think if Britney was flexing her back like you in picture she would be bigger

I think your body is way more natural than Britney's. I never would say you was on steroids

But looks at Britney'arm. She isn't even flexing and her triceps looks pumped

I think it too but muscular woman is not a standard for female celebs.
