Is anyone exercising at 5:45 in the morning??

    I'm up at 5:00 a.m. and at the gym by 5:30. When I'm exercising at home (a dvd or just the treadmill) I'm up at 5:30.
    I have to get it in before work. It keeps me sane.

    This was the first morning of my new AM workout routine, and I was on the treadmill by 5:05! It was hell, but in the end I know it's worth it... =]

    Yep. At the gym at 5:20am on strength training days; 5:40 on cardio days. In the shower by 6:45. I don't know how evening people do it!!

    5:30 for me on week days. Usually my day is saturday and sunday I exercise around 10.

    I get up and 5 and go to 6am bootcamp 5 days a week. LOVE starting my day this way now!!

  • I'm up at 5:00am and working out by 5:30am. That's the only time that works for me. I haven't read through the entire thread and someone else may have already suggested this, but I found that sleeping with a nightlight makes it much easier to wake up when the alarm clock goes off.

    I get up at 5AM and exercise till my husband is done getting ready for work and then i go get ready for the day. Makes for a long day but the payoff will be great. i also exercise a little in the evening too.:smile:

    I am up at 3:45, exercising 4-5 before work 5 days a week. I don't get home til 5 and then I have my daughter to tend to so mornings are the best time for me right now.

    Nice if you can do it and a few months ago I was regularly up with the lark power-walking. Now I've moved on to jogging and I find I can't do it that early; blood sugar level must be too low or something - I just haven't the energy. Pity, because it's good to get the slog (and the shower) out of the way early if possible.

    i get up at 4:30 AM mountain time, and workout from 4:45 to about 5:45

    Yep...my alarm goes off at 5:00 and I work-out for an hour before getting ready for work!
  • My alarm goes off at 5:50 every morning so that I get up and get my workout done first thing. You aren't alone-I'm there with ya!
  • I get up at 4:00 most days of the week to do an am workout. I also do a pm workout. So, if this helps, I'm up running while you're still snoozing.

    Yep! I am only able to workout early morning.
  • I get up at 3:30 and I start exercising at 4 am, my hubby gets up at 5am to get ready for work, then I work from 8 to 5 I don't feel like working out after work, cuz we have to get up so early we like to just relax in the evening, so I'm an early riser and exerciser.

    I'm up at 415 to hit the gym at 5 am. Monday/Wednesday/Friday a friend and I run at 515, we're with ya....you are NOT alone!!!

    DEFINATELY not!! Well, not at 5:45, anyways:yawn: I'm hard at it around 11 am...hope you find some ppl who are CRAZY like that at 5:45!!! Good luck:)

    This is personal preference and what you find works better for you and your lifestyle.

    Out the door and headed to the gym at 5:45, working out from 6:15 to 8:00. And my gym is always full at that time, so there's lots of us! Keep it up! :)
  • Yes. I get up at 6am and do an hour zumba class at home with the X Box Kinnect. Then I go to work feeling much better. Keep it up......you know it will be worth it in the end.x:flowerforyou:

    My manager gets up at 4am to do the px90 workout. I 'workout' during my lunch break (one hour or so) by walking to the City and grabbing lunch.
