    def have more protein stay away from refined sugars try and snack on fruits veggies and a smidge of chocolate, us girls have to have the chocolate :wink:

    i eat air popped corn , just gives me something to munch on , maybe i should munch on carrot sticks n houmous ... hate that T.O.M ... hoping its soon over for me :o) no sign though :(

    Yes! I stock up on 100 calorie packs of kettle corn, throw in a tbsp mini chocolate chips while its hot and enjoy!
