    I was thinking that. I'm trying to find hamburger buns with Chia seeds because I understand they are healthy. Have you seen any?

    you can't buy them, everyone knows you have to make your own! storebought buns are full of GMO wheat and chemical leveners, you must grow your own wheat and grind it yourself, then harvest your chia seeds fresh from your chia Obama (seeds from chia Tweety and Scooby are also acceptable but chia Garfield must be avoided, he eats things like lasagne and that would completely contaminate your seeds)

    YEAH, I agree ... "Where is the bacon???" Is this a JOKE!!!! Are you serious! Is there anything else that she is helping you with! That gives a new definition to "helpmate" my friend... Maybe she can help you exercise!!! I would be wondering about her motive and intentions... she may truly and genuinely be trying to help...

    My suggestion is get few pamphlets on nutrition and diet lay these out on the coffee table... perhaps... the worst thing is she might use them for coasters! Don't succumb to temptation my friend... That burger could last you a week!
