    I'm 24 and 5'7. My starting weight was 165, and I'm aiming for 135. I would be happy with 140, which was my lowest adult weight. :)
  • Hi! I'm 5'6.5" and I currently weigh 134 pounds. I'm 18 years old. My goal is to get down to 115 before summer so I can wear a bakini. :)

    I'm 5'6-5'7ish. My short term goal is to get to 225. My long term goal is to get to 175. Then we'll see how I feel there and decide if I should lose more or just maintain. :)

    I'm 5'6.5 and my goal is 130-135. I am 142 right now and happy - but still need to lose some body fat. If I lost bf and gained muscle, that would be fine too.

    120 and/or 18% body fat. Currently 130(ish) at 22% body fat. 43 years young!

    Almost 5'8' and my goal (profile pic) is 134 - some people said I was too think but I think they were just jealous :)

    I was wearing a size 4 and had a thin athletic build - not much of a waist/curves but I felt great.

    Currently at 148 and struggling to drop the weight - just turned 44 and I am hoping it isnt my age holding me back this time around.

    I'm 5'8, large frame, inverted triangle shape - broad shoulders and back, thick waist and slim hips and legs.

    150 might be too low for me because of my large frame.

    I am currently 135 but now looking at photos, I think even at 30 pounds heavier I looked extremely large, I think I look large as it is now so I don't know if I am just big boned or big.

    I am 5'7.5 (usually round up, but technically...that's where I am). My goal is 128. I have been as low as 123 but not healthy and I feel like I was too skinny then. 128 was decided on because 128-130 is the weight that I have to watch what I eat and stay active to maintain, so I know if I am hitting 128 I am pushing to be healthy. (Currently 132)
