How did you do it? It's AMAZING!

I stayed consistant. I've logged in every day since joining. I log everything I eat or drink that has calories in it to the best of my abilities. I work out at least 4 days a week and get some form of activity in almost every day. Having my wife as dedicated as I am has been a true source of help as well. Whithout her determination I would probably have failed.

Thank you so much for this most inspirational posting, you've worked miracles. I can attest - it's really great to have your whole family behind, no, WITH you, my beautiful wife and 2 kids are MFP members also, and for me, having "the company" does make a difference!

Again, thank you for todays inspiration!!!

She's done very well. lost over 90 lbs. She just doesn't take time to post that kind of stuff. I'm more extraverted than she is. Without her though I would not have been this successful.

Awesome! As always, the transformation is nothing less than stunning and very inspiring! Thanks for sharing. You are right about the consistency and hard work. I tell newbies who spend the first week adding friends... some over 100: Adding friends is easy. Losing weight is hard.

How is your wife doing, btw? Is she also on MFP? (Never mind... just read the above post and saw her profile.)
