    I love MFP because it has helped me track my nutrition not just starve myself to lose weight that always comes back

    I love this site because it gives me a far more accurate accounting of my caloric inttake. I haven't been on the site very long, but it has shown me that I was SERIOUSLY underestimating my intake. Since joiing I've made the steady gains that had escaped me previously.
