I have had a few messages asking me about what I was doing with IF for losing weight. Basically, when I was going hard at the weight loss I was doing 16x8 (leangains style) 3 times and 19x5 2 times and on a Tuesday and Thursday 24hr fasts (Eat stop Eat style).
