Chocolate of course!0

I am a BBQ freak. Ive tried to just have a couple Ribs or wings to quench my taste for them but I will end up eating an entire rack of ribs or 15 Hot wings slathered in sauce.0
-
Anything with high sugar. I found a solution, eating alot of meals throughout the day.0
-
not so much foods that bring on a binge- but the worst is wine or alcohol in general- one or two drinks and I seem to be hungry for anything: fried, chocolate, baked, you name it!0

I'm a cookie monster but the worst is Girls Scout Thin Mints. I will eat the entire box in less than 15 minutes. This year - they made it through 2 days. That's a record.0

Reese's!!!0
-
Chili Cheese Fries.. I cannot sot if I start!0

Alcohol seems to trigger the binging for me. Once I get a little loose I tend to want to eat all my favorite foods and as much as I can.0

Nachos. Suitable for two? Yeah, we'll see about that.
Chips or crackers with dip. Appetizer? More like first dinner.0 -
I'm sure someone has already said it but I'm not reading this thread, so booze0

Sugar and sinple carbs. Anything like soda, bread, chips, cake, cookies, pretty much anything with alot of sugar etc. and I go hard! There is no stopping me for the rest of the day.0
-
Nutella. I can eat a giant jar in one day. I don't keep it in the house.0

Exceptions. Just a little more, just a little more, just a liiiiitle more... No! I have to put my foot down and not make exceptions because they grow.0

Large bars of chocolate,Chinese food and bread with butter...0

Alcohol. This is killer for me. I like to party!
Also biscuits. I don't often have then in the house but when I do, I usually finish a packet in a few days. :-/
A real treat for me is a cup of tea and about 4-6 biscuits.0 -
sigh.... wheat thins... it is seriously bad... I will eat an entire box at one time..
THIS! I could probably eat an entire box of the tomato and basil wheat thins with cream cheese. I've not had either since beginning this journey because I scare myself with the possibility lol0 -
Hot, freshly baked Krispy Kreme donuts. Glory to Pete, I cannot stop at one...or two...0

Fast food. Def fast food. Any fast food. And when I've eaten really well for a few days, I get the worst cravings for cheetos (which I've surprisingly only given into once or twice.) night time also kills me. I'm thinking of going to bed earlier, because staying up past ten usually leads me to super over eating.0

Potato chips. Doesn't matter when it's a 1 oz packet or an 8 oz bag it's all one serving to me.0
-
Tim bits.... How Canadian of me.0
-
Cheese.0

Cereal, cookies, brownies, cake, ice cream, fridge biscuits (pillsbury crescents, homestyle biscuits, etc.), homemade tortillas, Doritos. I would say bad carbs!
This here^^0 -
Cheese.
Yum! I agree, same here, LOL...sometimes I go to Central Market a buy some expensive cheese and tell myself I'll have it over the course of a week and it's gone in a day, maybe two, LOL0 -
Chips, cookies, chocolate.0
-
Sweets or Cheese and crackers.0
-
It's more like lack of food. Periods of not eating usually leads me to binge, and they're usually foods higher in carbs.0
-
alcohol
i agree, alcohol does something in my system to where I eat way too much. I've really thought about cutting it out alltogether, but not sure yet. I may just stick with red wine. But martinis, schnopps, all of that, no good.0
