Little Caesar's hot and ready pizzas. They're $5 and you can just walk in and get them without ordering beforehand, so when I'm really craving pizza I rationalize it to myself because it's quick and cheap. I don't ever eat it all in one day, but it will still knock me off my calorie track for at least two days. I've learned that it just cannot be an option.

I find refined sugars can sometimes set me off and I crave more and more of it, that and alcohol can open the flood gates, But luckily I haven't had a binge in a while, the last time i binged was when I was on a 1200cal a day diet, but as I'm not depriving my body any more I have it under control.

Fizzy pops and potato chips. I just stopped buying them because I eat them right away if they're in the house.

cheese, especially if I think I can sip a bit of wine with it, whether it is cold or on something melted, cheese weighs down the walls and wine knocks them down. Luckily the treadmill is waiting.

M&M's can't just have a few have to eat the whole bag big or small. Also I find that late at night I tend to eat and eat and not even realize I am doing it. Thinking maybe I need to go to bed at 9 to combat this! LOL:blushing:

I don't think it's wise to keep cupcakes, cookies or donuts in my house. Why? Because they won't last around me! For some reason I just eat one right after the other. I can't help myself, I'll just tell my self, I'll restart tomorrow.

I binge on cookies, nuts, and chocolate. Mainly sugar snacks.
I remedy this by not bringing any of those things in the house. I can control the mixed nut portions, unsalted nuts are good nutrition in moderation. I have found drinking Silk Almond Chocolate Milk satisfies my taste for chocolate and adds calcium, without bingeing!

    anything sugary

You are 6 foot, male, and your goal is to be 120Ibs?
I think sugar is the least of your worries.
You should be seeking help, given the content of your profile. Seriously.

Nutella or any kind of flavored peanut butter. And my craziest binge ever: my hubby and I ate a whole baked 9lb pork shoulder one night at 3am.

This post is almost as good a food porn...

I have a hard time with cookies and pizza myself. Salads too, which I know sounds weird but I'm talking a loaded salad. Bacon, croutons, cheese, dressing, all the good stuff......
