if you are posting in KM i have a formula but it would be easier in miles overall....you choose....
get ready to start moving your *kitten* people....feb 1 is tomorrow.....lots of newbies and i really hope you get addicted to moving and make your numbers....hate seeing sooooo many non-movers at the end of each month....

Since Feb is a few days short, I will leave my January goal as is... 150 miles. I would have done it in Jan if there were 32 days, or if I had taken just one less rest day. So in Feb, I am determined to hit 150, even if I have to walk on the blasted treadmill in the basement to get the goal this time.
