Well, I'm training to do a long ride from Miami to Key West. It will be 86 miles a day for two days! I've NEVER done more than 36 miles in one ride. So, I will try to do 200 for February trying to get ready:noway: I don't know about this!0

New to this and have a job that I sit down in all day - still dark nights so will have to do most walking at the weekends - setting myself 40 miles, low compared to some but for me a challenge!

I fell well short of my January goal due to a chest infection and asthma related complications, which is still ongoing. So I am going to set a fairly low target for February of 50 miles which will probably mainly be walking until I'm back on track again with my running and cycling. 50 miles is still better than sitting the sofa, right?
