Unless of course you are a Ravens or 9ers fan, at which point my advice is screw your diet! Your team is in the big game, enjoy yourself and train harder next week. One day will not de-rail your dieting efforts.0

Make it your free day. I have a free/no tracking day once a week, usually on Sunday; so that makes it nice for me (not that it means anything to me since I am a .....Bengals fan :-<). SOOOO go to your party have a good time and get back up on that horse on Monday and Ride Sally Ride! I am going to have a glass of wine or 5 and enjoy the game! :drinker:0

Eat a healthy meal before you go and if you do drink alcohol on that day, nurse it -- drink slowly!!
Our team is playing this year (GOOOOOO NINERS) so its a VERY SPECIAL Superbowl for us and I will be making an exception for this day!!! Hey, last time my NINERS were in the SuperBowl was 18 years ago!!!0
