    mine was 32.9 (obese), although It would have been higher than that but I lost some weight before I stepped on the scale. Now its 27.41 ( overweight) so gradually getting there :)

    I started at 40.2, just past the line into the Morbidly obese category! My profile picture is me taken in october at 242lbs and morbidly obese. :O
    I am now 198 and my BMI is 32.9, just plain obese lol :D

    BMI is not useless at all; it's a much better measure of a person's overall fitness than weight.

    Nah, it's pretty useless. Especially if you're a muscular person.

    Try this argument with your employer/health insurer when they charge more for premiums for higher BMI persons. (Yes, this is happening).
    Valid or not, they are using it and they are not asking you to substitute your BF% as an alternative criteria.
    Not saying I agree with it, just that it is out there.

    Not that it really matters since BMI is mostly BS anyway, 40.5 starting (295lbs). Currently at 25.5 (188lbs).

    At my highest, it was 43.8. I now have it down to 38.3 and can't wait to get it under 30 (as the first goal)!

    32.8. As of today it's 29.9.
    I don't give too much thought to BMI, though. My husband would be considered almost obese by BMI although he's far from it because it doesn't take into account all his muscle.
