    I so desperately want to drop a few pounds however I have never dropped more than 5 and therefore my motivation drops as well... I eat super healthy until i get home from school!

    Just for fun: sign up with a personal trainer to find out what i'm doing wrong

    I had minor surgery on Tuesday and just think it's water retention but it doesn't make me feel any better. I can't exercise yet, but I'm eating the calories 1350 (healthy foods measuring and recording everything) and drinking lots of water 2ltr a day.

    This is just frustrating. How accurate are the food listings?!? Do you use MFP or your own list?

    Well, there is no way that I ate enough to gain 3 pounds in a week, but this plateau has been SOOO hard to break! I'm upping my workout times, increasing my walk/run mileage and keeping up with my tracking. So if this keeps me at a plateau, where would my body be if I didn't try at all? Back to the beginning I guess. No thanks!

    Just for fun: What are you going to do for yourself when you lose 5 pounds this month? Get a new mani-pedi.

    2/15 - 126.0 weighed at 10:00 a.m. ...day off from work. I'll just have to wait and see what the 22nd brings!!
    2/22 - 126.1 weighed at 3:30 a.m. I'm happy!!

    I have been consistently doing Insantiy and have heard that a lot of people don't lose during the first month. I can see changes but the scale hasn't moved!
