    A little late posting my weigh in this week!


    Hello I just started my weight loss journey 4 weeks ago after 2 pregnancies in a row!
    So I'm going to join this tread to help keep up the motivation!

    SW- 185
    CW- 177.9
    GW- 172 (for the end of this month)

    Weigh in dates:
    Feb. 6- 177.9 (previous weight jan 30- 180.3)
    Feb. 13- 175.6
    Feb. 20- 171.5
    Feb. 27- 170.3lbs

    YAY!!!! I beat my monthly goal weight by almost 2 lbs!! Total weight loss this month is 7.6 lbs!

    So....I'm disappointed I didn't lose the 5lbs for the month considering I watched my calories very closely but a loss is a loss. :smile: I AM looking forward for next months challenge. :heart:

    I did it! My food diaries are open so please check them out if you want to see how. For me, it's all about making positive choices that are healthy so I don't feel like I'm denying myself anything. That and a food scale for some portion control, very limited snacking (no eating because I'm bored!), fun physical exercise, and being OK with being a bit hungry once in a while. Thanks for the challenge--it really helped me stay focused and now I'm almost at my goal after only two months!

    I was down to 161.3 on 2/27, for a total of 7 lbs, but that was mostly a result of being sick from 2/21-2/26 so I'm okay that I'm back up on 2/28.

    My total lost for the month of February is 9 pounds!!! Thanks for the challenge it really helped and hope everyone else was just as successful. Now only 17 pounds to go and 5 weeks until my hubby comes back from his overseas tour. Again gla.

    When i lose 5 pounds im just going to work on losing 5 more and try on everthing in my closet that i couldnt fit last month. My husband gets back into the states off of deployment in 2 months I want his mouth to drop open and the drool roll out!! He has been away for a year.
