    I have a scale that calculates my fat and water as well as weight and I'm lossing fat but retaining way more water then I should. I hope this fixes it self net week!!!!

    Dropping consistently, I'm happy. I am seeing more physical changes than pounds lost, and that's what I was hoping for.
