    You look just amazing! You were beautiful before but now I can see the confidence on your face!! So you did this in less than a year, using a base of 1400 calories a day (before you add in exercise points) and working out about a half hour a day on the ellipitical? If so, that's incredible.     I was about to post the fact that I'd reached my goal when I saw your amazing accomplishment. My weight loss is so puny compared to yours!

    It took me almost twice as long as the 2 lbs/week rate would indicate. I lost 20 lbs in 18 weeks, and I had to stay well below my intake of 1200 + exercise calories to get there. For the last 8 to 10 weeks I consumed anywhere from 100 to 700 less calories than the recommended daily amount (and put up with MFP's "you are not eating enough calories" admonitions.)

    What you've accomplished is truly amazing. It's hard for me to imagine someone exceeding what I did a full 10 times over.

    Your perseverance is truly admirable!
