Ran the Lake Effect Half Marathon yesterday, Liverpool, NY, 1:38:46, 7:33 avg pace. Got 2nd Overall Masters Female, 8th overall out of 331 women. 33 degrees F with a very cold 10-12 mph wind off the lake.

I agree, that is a great average pace for over 13.1 miles. I'm training to run close to that pace now, and it's a real struggle for me at mile 9 / 10 to maintain it. Congratulations, on your accomplishment!0 -
