    I did it. My abs are killing me from my ab workout I did on Saturday, so this was ouch!! But I still did it and I am proud of myself! :drinker:

    On reflection it was me shaking violently from holding the plank ;) Does that happen to everybody?

    That is correct. Hold a plank for 60 seconds (or as long as you can with good form). Repeat 4 more times.

  • 30 seconds is actually great! When I first started doing them, I struggled to hold it up for 10 seconds.

    Thanks :-) Well I excelled myself and did 5 x 45 seconds - and yes I too was shaking from top to bottom from about 10 seconds in :-)

    My goodness that was in at the deep end after not doing a plank for ages!!

    Did the first 2 one after another with a brief rest. Then did some other abs work then did the last 3 with longer rests!! That last one.......yep definitely thought there was an earthquake going on!!!

    I think I may well suffer tomorrow ....

    Well I got them done but since I'm just starting out I could only hold them for 30 seconds. I did have one though that I made it to 45 seconds! I'm a work in progress! :)
