    15-20 lbs down. Im building muscle so I seem to gain lose 5 gain 2... making my weight all over the place. I have lost 4 inches and toned up a ton.

    I've lost maybe 3lbs since January 1st but I went from a 16-18 to a size 14...so...I'll take that over the scale # any day..hehehehe.

    PackratPatty; You asked how we lose our weight. Here is my way.
    I try to eat clean ( no processed foods, refined sugars, enriched breads, pastas, sodas, or white potatoes). I eat lots of salads, fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. I exercise every day a min, of 45 mins of walking, treadmill, Zumba/dancing, etc. It works for me. Wish you luck on your journey!!

    Ran a hundred miles for the month and didn't bust my calorie limit. Not for everyone, but it worked for me.:smile:

    17 lbs.....Started New Years Eve. 12-31-12. I was determined that I was going to end the year differently. Did not make any resolutions. This is a lifestyle change and I'm sticking to it.
