    These are all bad and will completly stop any gains you have had and throw your body into a starvation mode. Just like a person should never eat egg yolk.

    To LOSE weight.. eat whatever you like, as long as you're at a deficit.
    But if you have other goals, like wanting amazing defined abs...the types of foods you eat come into play, and you should avoid refined/processed foods. Also to gain muscle, you would have to eat more and be sure to incorporate lots of protein!
    But yeah.. for weight loss - eat anything!!

    Well, I hear you are what you eat, so if you're trying to lose weight you should never ever eat a person who is trying to gain weight.

    Losing weight does not depend on what food you eat, it depends on how much. You could get your caloric intake from eating a certain amount of butter or even spoonfuls of granulated sugar. It would not be healthy for you to do this... but it would be just as unhealthy as eating only broccoli to obtain your caloric intake.
