    Everything is better with butter and I eat it regularly.


    There is way to much evidence out there for proof that butter is one of the absolute worst things a person could ever eat.

    If you're trying to loose, then I'd recommend something mild like dulcolax. Ex-lax may be chocolatey, but it's harsh on your stomach.

    Egg Nog is the first thing that comes to mind just because of how many calories are in it. Of course you can drink it and still lose weight, as long as you're prepared to either not have it often or just not eat anything besides that ever!

    Ok, as an analyst leet me say this, it does not matter what you eat. if you watch calories and you can have ANYTHING you want and lose weight. Now, what I would suggest is look at what you eat and drink over a month. Look at its calorie content and if you want to cut cheap calories you can take out those highest in calories with the lowest amount of nutirtion. (soft drinks are usually #1). As far as what foods cause what problems outside of weight that is a discussion that will never be solved as I argue lard is better for your body that processed oils since your bady was designed to handle purer substances and since I have panceatitis my body treats 3 oz's of lard the same as 3 oz's of canola oil as 3 oz's of EVOO from a breaking down fats perspective.

  • I eat most everything, even made brown sugar chewies last week and had a bacon and egg breakfast with 8 slices of bacon. The only thing we've cut back on are white foods.
    Still losing weight regularly.
    Burn off more than you take in is what works for me
