YOU SHOULD NEVER SAY NEVER. Some people can handle anything in moderation. But I never drink regular soda or alcohol. Well I might have a sip occasionally0

If you are really trying to loose then you should never eat/drink WHAT???????
if I am trying to get loose, I usually consume all the alcohol in the general vicinity

But joking aside, a normal adult who is healthy can eat mostly anything as long as it fits into their caloric goal.0

Real butter is better than margarine! All the chemicals they put in it makes my toes curl.
But really anything in moderation is okay. Even hookers and blow.... :noway:0 -
Cake or drink soda0

Squirrel tears. Way to high calorie.0

Poo....unless you are with a "friend" and a cup. I just made myself gag0

To the butter basher, margarine is actually a lot worse for you.0

Just for me personally, I completely gave up soda. I never really loved it to begin with and now I just think to myself "wow, what a giant waste of calories.". Plus it tastes like drinking pure sugar.0

What about one who's losing weight lol0

There are a few things I never eat anymore, but it's mostly because my stomach can't handle it. A few examples are.. donuts, anything fried, fast food, most cheese <gag>, most cereal, dried fruit, popcorn and regular potato chips.
I do eat... ice cream, baked lays, cake, pie, cookies, butter, bacon, mmm glorious bacon! I just eat it in moderation and consider those things a treat that I fit into my diary with exercise. Sometimes.0 -

A caloric surplus on a regular basis.
THIS^^^ I lost 100+ pounds over 12 months without "banishing" any particular food. If I had a craving for something, I would budget it in, including fast food or restaurant hamburgers on occasion. The only thing that STOPPED my progress was when I quit tracking and budgeting. (so yes, I'm back to lose 30 I gained over 2 years while in grad school and not budgeting calories or working out and have reset my tracker to my new starting point and FINAL goal) It's working again, too, because I've lost 13 pounds in 5 weeks.0 -

soda :brokenheart: im an addict but havent had any for months now
I was not a big drinker when it came to soda but I did love to have soda now and then. I have found a substitute for soda that has no calories, fat, carbs, or sugar. I got them at Walmart.. It is called Clear American Naturally Flavored Sparkling Water Beverage. They have a few flavors like Wild Cherry, Blackberry Blueberry, Grape, Strawberry, and there is other's as well.. Hope this can help you with your soda fix lol.. Good luck!!0 -
there are many things that a person would just never eat if they were really trying to loose weight.
Double mocha, extra scoop, whip cream bla bla bla
Cookies
Cake
Ice cream
Anything Mcdonalds
These are all bad and will completly stop any gains you have had and throw your body into a starvation mode. Just like a person should never eat egg yolk.
I'm having a hard time telling if this is sarcasm... I need more coffee... a person should never eat egg yolk? I hope that's not serious. It's the part of the egg with the most nutrients. It's so good for you!!0 -
anything labelled "toxic - do not eat".0
