i'm still confused about kettleball kegels... i know what kegels are, and i don't know how a kettleball would help with those.0

I love burpees. I can't stand lunges or kettlebell kegels.
What the heck are Kettlebell Kegels??
OMG I died!!!!!0 -

I....hate....burpees....I would rather stick my hand down a running garbage disposal than do a burpee ever again.0

We do all off these almost everyday in boot camp. They all work and hit a bunch of muscles you might not know you had! Enjoy!!0

Ummmm...what's a burpee?
This move:
I've been doing them wrong, lol. I go from standing to push up position without the squat in the middle.
^^Um, OUCH! That would KILL my shoulders. As it is, I can't even do a burpee the way it's pictured here for the same reason. Perhaps after another 50+lbs lost, I'll give it a go again.0 -
my vote is lunges. I hate them.0
-
I may need order the first one.0 -
Perhaps showing my age, but we called them "squat thrusts" back in my junior high days. Maybe they just realized that sounded terrible? haha0

I will not go that far because I like to keep my hands, but burpees kill my crappy knees, so they are a no-no exercise. for me.0 -
I would have to get the second one....but honestly, burpees, alternating jump lunges (or even lunges with weights) and squats kill me, but I do them and feel great for every time i manage to do it properly!!!!0 -
so i read how much burpess suck and decided to incorporate them into my work out last night.
Sorry.
After having done bear complexes and 20/20/20, I find burpees to be a walk in the park. Maybe it's an idiosyncracy.0 -
Is nobody going to address the "kettlebell kegals" comment? Seiously. I need to know!0

The difference, as far as I know, between a squat thrust and a burpee is the vertical leap at the end of the burpee which the squat thrust doesn't require.0 -
I don't think I've tried that for at least a decade. I don't know if I want to. I might hurt myself.0

Unfortunately, I just googled that at work.
SMH.
Now I remember why the word "kegels" sounded so familiar! Context! I was thinking it must be some xfit workout thingy.... oh no. of course not!0 -

This^^^ Tried to Google it and google did not seem to know either.0 -
bumping to read more later.0

I don't care for burpees but they do wrk out the whole body so they are worth it. I hate lunge switch jumps. Lunge's are hard enough but adding a jump as you switch really makes you feel the burn!
I refuse to do jumping lunges...that's just asking for a knee injury!
Burbees I love....ONE LEGGED burbees are even better!0 -

Not wrong... efficient.0
