On a cutting cycle so daily average calories are under 900. BMR is 1429, I'm 50 and 5"4'

By this, do you mean you're tricking your body with the, for example: Eating 2000 calories a day for a week then cutting down to your 900 for the other?

900cal for 6days and 1500 for one. My goal is cut to 130lbs by Arpil

2500-2600 per day, but I'm 5'7-3/4", 155 lbs and trying to slow bulk (1/4 lb per week).

I follow the TDEE method, so I no longer eat back exercise Cals, as they're already accounted for throughout the week.

I average about 2000 per day. I am right at 198lbs and 6' 1". Exercising 6 days a week with an hour of cardio and about 50 minutes of weights each day.
I am losing, but not fast.
Makes me wonder if I'm eating too little, weight staying the same because of adding muscle weight, or if I am just stuck with that last 10 lbs to lose syndrome.

3300 - 3500 daily.... The last couple months I've had a few 5000 - 6000 days without any issues other than initial bloat the next day.

I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 3 days. My diary's open.

    *Edited to included exercise

I am set to eat at least 2000 right now. I JUST began lifting myself, but I'm not sure you could call what I'm doing "heavy lifting" (even though it might be considered that when you have as little strength as I do). Haven't been upping calories on lifting days because I have no idea how much I should be adding, and since I'm not trying to just bulk, but to lose fat, it's just a mess. I was wondering if a HRM would help on lifting days, but I can't imagine it would help determine the amount of calories to add at all, since it's not cardio...

I am kinda extreme but I swear I don't feel like I am starving. I am down around 1500 per day, give or take. Only doing about 500Cal burn in exercise a day right now.

Should add, I'm 5'11, 207, and in "decent" shape. Just some serious pudge.

    Oh and 43.

Im around 1600-1700 a day but I do cardio 6x week, at least 75 mins. I just don't feel like eating much sometimes. Sometimes out of guilt, sometimes out of just not being hungry.

Good to see so many additonal responses. Hopefully these answers will help other guys trying to figure out how much they need to eat, since it was a fantastic help to me!
