[Guys only] How many calories are you eating a day?

I lift weights 3 times per week... I play hockey once or twice a week... I am at 2100 per day and dont go over even on the days I am at the gym... I lost alot in the first 5 months(60lbs) however the last two months I have lost very little...0

I'm around 2100-2300 (Training days, Rest days and Refeed days). I lift 5 days a week with 5 cardio sessions on top of that.
Currently cutting on a high carb, high protein and low fat flexible diet.
Are you cutting or bulking?
Right now, i'm trying to cut but also hitting up weights at the same time so when I am cut, i'll be big enough to not look like a twig. Once i'm down enough, i'll likely bulk up a bit.0 -
A bit erratic here, just gone on a +1lb/week plan, target is 2410 cals but struggling to hit that most days and eat (ok drink) exercise calories back.0

Aiming for net 2000, tends to be between 2300 and 2800 gross.
Mix of bodyweight exercises, free weights, machines and cardio.
Complicated a bit by having two days a week at only 600 calories.

Assuming you're lifting heavy and getting plenty of protein, you should be able to maintain lean mass on a deficit (although you certainly won't be gaining!)
I'm doing a very low calorie (1000/day plus weekly refeed) protein-sparing moderate fast and maintaining my lifts and lean mass. Not that I'd recommend eating that low.0 -

My cap is 2200. 16/8 fast/feed everyday. Heavy lifting 3x per week. 1 sprint day. Lifting days I hit cap or go over no more than 100 and rest I like to come out under about 100 or so. I'm 6'1, 185lbs. This is a slow cut for me, extremely close to maintenance.0

Wow, some of you guys eat so little calories!! I bumped up my calories from 1500 before Christmas, to 1800 (been doing that for the last 4 weeks) and I have been losing 1.3 pounds on average per week. And I'm a girl and only 5'4 and 146 pounds with about 20 more to lose.0

1600 plus any exercise calories. I do that sun - thu with fri and sat being more relaxed (especially fri night!! )
That is maintaining my weight around 170 at 5ft 9. I am working on my six pack which is looking really sharp

I just started the T Insanity Program 4 days ago and its recommended I eat 2700 calories.....Thats about a 1000 more then I usually do. That is with the calorie burn already calculated in and I still think thats high for me. Im regularly consuming 2000 to 2300 daily and struggle to get to 2700........Even with a shake0

As the subject asks; How many calories are you guys eating in the run of a day? I just want to compare to see if i'm around where I should be. Specify if you're doing heavy lifting or not as well, because i'm lifting but am afraid to up my calories. I am currently setting myself at 2100 calories a day and not eating back exercise calories.

I'm eating 1600 calories a day and I eat half my exercise calories usually about 250 calories. I am losing about 2 pounds a week like this. IF or when I plateau I will change it up.0

Average calories per day, past 96 days = 1864 cals
I don't "eat back" exercise calories although I do vary how much I eat depending on my needs so if it's a running day I might eat a bit more then balance it out somewhere else.
When I started I was barely moving my *kitten* b/c I was so out of shape but now I'm doing weights 3x a week and running 3x a week ~ 5 miles per run. However some weeks I will skip a day so I probably average around 5 times per week exercise. Job is super sedentary office.
At this point I'm just happy to maintain my strength with weights, certainly not eating enough to push more and more weight. Lift for 5-8 reps depending on the exercise0 -
I'm have been doing 1330 calories since October, and will do so until i reach my goal wight of 185. My last Sunday's weight was 187.4 . Started at 208. I strength train, walk, swim, + yoga. I generally lose two lbs a week. The wife and I cruise a lot, obviously my weight increases, but it comes back off fairly quick. When I reach my goal weight, will be cranking up the calories. I had to remove several males from my list who seemed to think it was somehow intelligent to be eating 1100-1300 calories a day and burning off over 1000 in exercise. Very triggering for a former anorexic, and sad that I would need to do that with male members who I would have thought would know better. And these were not small guys. I think it is ludicrous some on here are eating '1200' max when many women here are losing on 1800 +. What happened to common sense ?0

I'm eating 2000 kcal + exercise --> about 2400-2900 at a small deficit of 1/2 lb per week.
Gym 2-3 times a week run 2-3 times a week plus at least a long walk every week.

If your Fat you're not going to die at 1500 cal, get sick at 1500, weak at 1500, as long as you eat what you need.
Of course its not going to be as enjoyable as eating 2500, but that does not make it right or wrong.0 -
