Ok so I might actually appear more "bulky" than most aspire to be but it is the look I am going for. Remember that leanness is always a factor. The leaner you are the more muscle will be visible. When I am at a "normal" weight and body fat I don't look like this. This was just for a competition.

Ripped up at "competition" leanness... (134lbs)

With a little more body fat...

^^^smoother with a bit more curves. With more muscle, your body will look better even at higher levels of body fat because there is more "firmness" underneath to help keep the shape and proportions.

I personally prefer myself with a bit more curves. I don't like looking "skinny." After this competition I'll be back to bulking up again! I hope to be lean and ripped at 140lbs next summer.

This. I think too many people don't understand the difference between body fat levels, I know I didn't when I started here. Well done! You've clearly put in a lot of hard work getting those gorgeous muscles.

It's cool to see the difference body fat makes. You look spectacular and it's because of all that muscle. Awesome job.

I just started getting back into weight lifting (I did it in Dec and Jan then quit and then did it for a little bit before I started Insanity, and then when i injured my calf due to coming out of a jump wrong, i went back to weight lifting) about 2 weeks ago. So looking for inspiration.

I've looked at your blog before but it was definitely worth looking at again because DAMN. Anyone that had questions about the difference body fat levels make on definition/muscularity should take a peek. Great work and best of luck on your next competition
