Congrats on being able to accomplish that! I dunno that I could eat enough to burn that high of calories.
I've been told its easier for men than women. Just keep at it, eat the right stuff at the right time, and exercise. And when you exercise, go hard. The only one you're cheating is yourself0 -

I'm sorry, I don't understand this post. Yes, I know that 3,500 calories is roughly equivelant to a pound of fat. Are we talking about excercising off 3,500 in a week, i.e., 700 a day? That's it? I mean, I'm not trying to be a braggart, and please don't take it as such, but I excercised for 2,250 calories yesterday, in one day.
My average workout is 700-950 calories. I go to the gym twice a day. I have a regular job, more than 40 hrs a week. I have 4 kids from 6 through 17. A wife. A life. And I'm almost 50. I've also lost 35+ lbs since Thanksgiving.
Its either something you are going to do, or something you're not. If you are, you need to be doing some real excercising, diet alone will not do it.
