Size 16 to 4. Weight lifting 4x week (1-1.5hr/day) with maybe 30 mins of cardio a week, if that.
Not finished, still want 14-16% body fat and abs.

Yeah, all the compounds. Deads, bench, squats, overhead press separated on different days & then secondary isolation exercises. :P I hate cardio, so I only did it for 10 mins on deads/bench/ohp days. Lol.
