I will never stop lifting either!
I weigh more than I did in high school, am 20 years OUT of high school, and am SMALLER than I EVER was while in high school (or in my life for that matter).
BUT to the OP I also say, find a love for cardio. I love it as much as my weights because I feel completely energized after a good *kitten* kicking on the elliptical. It jsut kick starts my day in a totally awesom way. I do my cardio before my weights0 -
